1. About Candela Orderly
Candela Orderly enables businesses using the Candela Retail Management System to receive customer orders and communications through WhatsApp and synchronize them with their Candela software.
Candela Orderly is available only to authorized Candela customers who have subscribed to and activated the service through LumenSoft Technologies.
2. Information We Collect
When customers interact with a participating business through WhatsApp, the Service may process the following information:
* Customer phone numbers;
* WhatsApp message content related to orders and inquiries;
* Message timestamps and delivery status information;
* Business WhatsApp identifiers, including Phone Number IDs and WhatsApp Business Account identifiers;
* Technical logs required for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unrelated to order processing.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information solely to:
* Receive and process customer orders;
* Synchronize orders with the customer’s Candela system;
* Send order confirmations and operational notifications;
* Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the Service;

Candela Orderly employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data processed through the Service may be temporarily stored within secure cloud infrastructure to facilitate synchronization and delivery to the customer’s Candela system.
Operational logs are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain system integrity, and comply with legal obligations.

Businesses using Candela Orderly are responsible for:
* Obtaining any required notices or consents from their customers;
* Complying with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws;
* Using the Service in accordance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
7. Third-Party Services
Candela Orderly utilizes services provided by third parties, including:
* Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform;
* Google Firebase and related cloud infrastructure services.
Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business communications and is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
